When will I get my magazine?
Bitch magazine is quarterly, published in March, June, September, and December, and can take up to 4 weeks for the magazine to get to you. If you live outside the US, it will likely take a bit longer. If you feel that your last issue got derailed somewhere along the line, please contact us.
When does my subscription expire? When do I need to renew?
Really, you can renew whenever you like. Your renewal letters specify what issue will be your last: Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (October), or Winter (December), followed by the year in which your subscription expires. You can renew here, or if you want to phone in, give us a ring at (503) 282-5699.
Why am I getting renewal notices saying "last issue" when I still have more to come?
Yikes. It's possible that your renewal notice was sent right after we mailed your next-to-last issue, but it took the magazine longer to arrive and hence the confusion. If that doesn't seem to be the case, contact us and we'll get things cleared up.
Can I temporarily stop my subscription?
Yes. If your address is up in the air, or if you're going to be out of country for awhile, we can suspend your subscription. Just tell customer service your name and address and when you want to stop and re-start your subscription.
Why didn't I get my magazine?
9 times out of 10, the latest issue didn't show up in your mailbox because we have your old address on file. Contact us as soon as you move to ensure proper delivery.
Can I receive a digital edition of the magazine?
Yes, B-Hive members receive digital editions as well as a print subscription. Become a member!
Will you rent or trade my name, email, or mailing address?

When will I get my order?
Merchandise orders from BitchMart ship within 5 business days. Subscriptions ship within 4 weeks. If you have not received your order within the appropriate window, please alert BitchMart Customer Service.
What if I live outside the US and have special shipping instructions?
If special mailing instructions or conditions apply to your order, contact BitchMart Customer Service. Please include your name, shipping address, item description and any special instructions. Delivery times will vary based on geographic location, local mail system, and other factors. Your patience is appreciated!
